Two Bike's and A Car (Trip to Kolli Hills)

This place is famous for its 72 hairpin bends, especially appreciated by a lot of bikers. As riding a bike on this Ghat section will be on the list of every motorbike enthusiast.

This trip was carried out as part of our community (Free-living experiments) where we did not even know each other but still, we all had great fun with adventure and completed the trip on a positive note of inclusion,

Initially, I planned to go on a bike ride to this place, however, this was changed as a few of the community members suggested taking a car as they did not have a bike. This is the beauty of our community where everyone's suggestions are considered and the plan was changed to take a car we were in total of 10 members and discussion was very active in our WhatsApp on which car to rent and at one point Albin and Shashank told that he would be willing to bring a car and with that, it was all sorted and our plan to visit Kolli hills on 1st and 2nd of July 2023 was fixed, so among 10 one member Paritosh was very much willing to come one Bike and we just agreed as we did not want to force anyone, also we had two last-minute dropouts so we were now total 7 members.

The plan was to leave Bangalore at 5 am from Silk Board Junction and I was still working at 3 am ha ha...

Just took an hour of nap till 4 !! Got ready and left my house on my bike towards Shashank's place (HSR) where I met Shashank and his friend Pavan we all left towards Silk board junction which was our Meeting point where I met Albin, Rose (Albin's wife), Shrikant we all had a good introduction and waiting for our biker Paritosh once he came we thought of taking one Car instead of two as now we were only 7 and also Pavan was willing to take his Bike so we just parked Albin's Car near to Shashank's house and then our journey begins 2 bikes and a Car it was 6 am when we left, Shashank and Albin being our pro Car drivers.

We decided to stop for our Breakfast at Sharavanna Bhavan which was around 80 km, we had some conversations and had some fun and reached our breakfast stop around 9 am there was a lot of crowd in the hotel and the taste really sucked. The breakfast didn't taste good!

We started our Journey again we still had around 200 kms to cover to reach our destination, we had a few stops in mid and also Pavan had some issues with his bike he had to get it sorted in the showroom, as we had to check-in to our stay in Kolli hills we decided to move on and Pavan and Paritosh would be joining us at Kolli hills. Finally, we arrived at the destination, the place known as Kolli campers.

We were the only tourist there and unfortunately there was no Lunch available there, then we had to inform Pavan and Paritosh to get us all the Food we had nothing to do but rest in the tent and explore the nature

Post 2 hours of waiting, we got our bikers on board Yay! We all were drained and hungry level was high, we had the lunch with a lot of talks and fun it was already 5 and we planned to visit the View point (Seeku Parai View point), which was around 4 kms from our stay location. Wow, what a Stunning Mountain view it was, I felt so much peace in this place

On our way back, we all drank some milkshake, and as there was no food available in our stay location we decided to purchase some Chicken and rice and cook it on our own. When we arrived at our place of residence, it was dark with a little light peace still....

We asked for the help from stay in-charge in putting fire on for cooking and after lot of hard work food was cooked and Bone fire was ready we all had our dinner with some talks and back to our tents in mid of woods, had good sleep and woke up with a pleasant morning view with Tea.
